Use Of Products
By using and/or purchasing our products, you are agreeing to our terms. We take the utmost pride in the quality of our work and place extreme attention to detail in the design and manufacture of our products. Even though we strive to design for safety, it’s important to note that the products are designed for high power electronics, which by nature will be dangerous.
We implore you to take the utmost care in the handling and operation of your ESCs. APD assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, property damage or consequential losses resulting from the proper and improper use of our products.
Please refer to the manual before use and ensure you use the appropriate safety equipment when handling high power electronics. Advanced Power Drives Pty Ltd products are not designed or manufactured for manned applications unless specified. Please contact APD for further information if required.
Rules & Regulations
The use and operation of radio equipment (such as UHF systems or video transmission equipment) in Australia and many other countries may require a license and some countries may forbid its use entirely. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of products you purchase from APD meet the requirements imposed by your government’s rules and regulations for RF devices.
Do not purchase products from APD if you are unsure of the government requirements or are not able to comply with them. APD cannot be held responsible for your actions under any circumstance, including but not limited to if you use products purchased from APD in violation of your government’s regulations.
Returns & Shipping
APD offers returns and a warranty on all products we manufacture. All products returned due to change of mind must be in an unused state, unopened and in the original packaging.
Warranty-related returns within the first year of purchase are accepted provided the fault is limited to manufacturing, packing or shipping causes. Please contact APD for further steps, a proof of purchase is required.
Shipping costs for the return are non-refundable, and the shipper must take the necessary steps to ensure products are sent reliably. Tracking is recommended for returned shipping, APD is not liable for items lost in transit.
